On Friday, February 20, students from Cornerstone Private Secondary School visited MUST campus in Thyolo for an educational tour.
The students were warmly welcomed by MUSTโ€™s marketing and communications team members.
During the visit, they were briefed on the programmes offered under MUSTโ€™s four schools of Bingu School of Culture and Heritage, Malawi Institute of Technology, Ndata School of Climate and Earth Sciences, and Academy of Medical Sciences.
The learners learnt about different career paths available through these schools.
The session was lively and interactive, with students asking questions about university life, courses, and admission requirements.
The students also learned about financial support opportunities, including the MUST Endowment Fund (MEF).
The fund offers non-repayable scholarships, stipends, and laptops to assist students who need financial help.
During the campus tour, the students explored classrooms, laboratories, and the universityโ€™s surroundings.
The experience left many students feeling inspired.
By the end of the visit, several promised to work hard in their studies and apply to pursue their tertiary education at MUST.
