MUST, in collaboration with IsraAID, invites students, researchers, innovators, practitioners, institutions and community groups to showcase their work at the National Disaster Innovation & Technology Symposium 2026.
The symposium will take place on October 9, 2026, at MUST’s Thyolo Campus.
We are looking for research, innovations, technologies, community resilience solutions, maps, infographics and creative works that contribute to disaster risk reduction and help communities prepare for, respond to and recover from disasters.
The symposium will be held under the theme: "Resilience starts at home: Leveraging innovation and technology.”
To participate, submit a short description of your exhibit (maximum 200 words) and 1–2 images, where available at email: drrsymposium@must.ac.mw
Submission deadline: October 6, 2026
This is an opportunity to share your work, connect with others and showcase how innovation and technology can help build resilient communities.
