David is the Head of the Centre and holds PhD and MSc in Environment and Development from Universities of Leeds and East Anglia in UK respectively. He is an Associate Professor of Environment and Development and an active researcher in the development discourse working with national and international organisations including World Bank, Africa development Bank, UNDP, UNICEF, Government of Malawi, COMESA, NEPAD, GIZ, USAID, DFID, UNFPA, IDRC and several internationally recognised centres of excellence and higher education institutions.
