Richard Nkhoma is a dynamic and highly driven Mechanical Engineer with over 20 years of experience. He has excellent Operations Management, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Metallurgical Engineering skills in the areas of problem identification & solution generation, critical thinking & analyses, design & implementation, machine installation & commissioning and maintenance. Worked in various industries, such as heavy machinery manufacturing, dairy, production, fabrication and welding and university education.
